Saruwatari is a new player to EVE, and has started a new EVE-related blog called Odd Pod Out. In a way it’s a continuous review of EVE from the viewpoint of a newbie player, but there’s some pretty good insights there for those who are totally new to the game.

I don’t hide the fact that I enjoy the new player perspective, even though a lot of vets could care less. But Saruwatari’s writing is excellent, and the attitude being displayed is pretty mature. Also, it’s updated frequently.
