What Happened to the EVE Bloggers?

TumbleweedI’m curious what happened to the EVE bloggers out there. Folks like CrazyKinux and the Odd Pod Out guy are usually posting on their EVE blogs a bunch, but lately it seems like both of those have slowed down drastically.

It’s too bad. I enjoy reading syndication feeds from various EVE blogs out there, and these two were a couple of my favorites. It just seems that a lot of the ongoing dialog about the game in the blog world’s gone quiet for some reason. Is it post-holidays recovery? Are dedicated players taking some bench time away from the game?

Not that I mind soldiering on alone with this or anything. 🙂

  1. I do maintain a blog for my EVE Online activities, but I must admit, I do get into real life issues keeping me from playing and keeping the blog updated.

BLINKY YOU’VE “ELIMINATED” THE (BOLD+UNDERSCORE) OTHER (/BOLD+UNDERSCORE) BLOOGERS OUT THERE TO CLEAR THE FIELD OF COMPETITION! ALL OTHER BLOGGERS RUN FOR THEIR LIVES!

Ahem. Really though, I’m as lost about this as you are, and I liked Kinux’s blog too =]
I’d keep a blog up myself, but all I’d end up achieving is a review post of each major patch that comes out, which would inevitably be biased and supportive of CCP’s efforts.

Anyway, hope you don’t follow them down that road. Ever. And I can’t wait for your 27th podcast.
E-ON 10 and its DVD were a bit lacking, but don’t be too harsh on it eh?

(P.S. Sorry for the long-assed-ness of this and all future posts by me. I’m very wordy =P)

  3. Hello Hello!! I’m back!

RL, tradeshows and other work related priorities prevented me from either playing EVE, or blogging. But things are better now, and I should be back to a regular schedule.

    Anyway, that’s the idea.
