Galactic Civlizations 2, and my name in lights

Stargamer.net is a site dedicated to news, reviews, and previews of space games. I was approached by one of the site’s overlords to see if I wanted to do a review of Galactic Civilizations 2, and I agreed. So ladies and gentleman, here it is.
